great experience overall but minor issues

The hotel offered a modern atmosphere with flawless cleanliness. The twin beds provided ample space, allowing my friend and I to sleep comfortably during our stay.

Spacious rooms, but air conditioning could be improved.

Room was spacious and beautifully designed.

The location is superb, and our room was spacious enough to throw a little dance party (with no one watching, thank goodness! ). Plus, the taxi service at the door is a delightful cherry on top!

However, asking for air conditioning is like asking for a unicorn. it just never shows up! It gets steamy, and moving rooms isn't exactly a fun game of musical chairs.

Do recommend for a short stint

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with a great selection of both continental and Colombian cuisine that kept us fueled for our daily adventures, and the 24-hour security made us feel safe while exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay in this well-maintained hotel. The Superior King Room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which featured a fantastic variety of dishes, including fresh tropical fruits and delicious pastries. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, but I felt they could use a bit more training in customer service as the lobby staff seemed occasionally distracted. Overall, this place is a great choice for travelers!

Breakfast offerings were plentiful, featuring fresh juices, local fruits, and various egg dishes. Conveniently, the area provided easy access to restaurants and parks for exploration. However, the room I stayed in was somewhat smaller than anticipated, and noise from neighboring rooms could be disturbing at times. Additionally, while the dining options were diverse, some dishes fell short of expectations.

This was a smart choice for a flying visit in Bogota with incredible value for money. The staff were attentive and made everyone feel welcome. Make sure to check out the gym—it was impressive!
